KV999 Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing kv999.cash, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any KV999 product — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process on KV999.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the KV999 platform including, but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo, sports betting, cricket in-play markets, bonus promotions, and all payment transactions processed through your KV999 account.

KV999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file. Continued use of the KV999 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an active account on KV999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. KV999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where using KV999's services is not prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and contact details.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) KV999 account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of KV999 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Identity Verification (KYC): KV999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC. Failure to complete verification within the required period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved. KYC documents are processed in strict confidence in line with our Privacy Policy.

KV999 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account where eligibility criteria are not met, where fraudulent information has been provided, or where the platform reasonably suspects abuse of the registration process.

KV999 processes all player deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. KV999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is traced to a third-party account, it will be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

KV999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile money operator.

KV999 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source rule) except where a specific exception is approved by the KV999 payments team.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 5–30 minutes in most cases
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 15–60 minutes
• Bank Transfer IBFT: within 1–4 working hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 working days (subject to card issuer timelines)

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until identity documents are submitted and approved. KV999 may request additional supporting documents at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

In cases where a player has received bonus funds, withdrawal requests will first be assessed against any applicable wagering requirements. Any bonus-derived funds that have not met the required wagering threshold will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

KV999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at /promotions.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 10,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically without a promo code. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus must be wagered Rs 150,000 in total qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Ludo contribute 50%. Game contribution rates are subject to change.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and Misuse: KV999 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse including low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, and patterns inconsistent with recreational play. KV999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings in cases of confirmed abuse.

All sports bets placed on KV999 are subject to the following rules. These rules apply to pre-match and in-play markets across all sports and competitions including cricket, PSL, and all ICC events.

• Bet Placement: Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and a bet ID is generated, the bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn except where the cash-out feature is available and actively exercised by the player before market settlement.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 50 across all sports markets. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market type and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Void Bets: Bets are voided and stakes returned if a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying play threshold (varies by sport), if a scheduled event does not take place within 48 hours of the original start time, or if an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement.
• Abandoned Cricket Matches: If a cricket match is abandoned before the DLS minimum overs threshold is reached, all match-level bets are voided. In-play bets already settled during live play before abandonment are not reversed.
• In-Play Betting: KV999 in-play cricket markets update every delivery. Market suspension may occur during key events (fall of wicket, end of over). Bets accepted during the suspension window are processed at the correct odds for the next available market state. Discrepancies caused by data feed latency will be resolved in the player's favour where reasonably possible.
• Obvious Errors: KV999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were clearly wrong due to a technical error — for example, a 1.01 line on an event with no genuine odds advantage. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.

KV999 operates casino games under the following terms covering all products in the Live Casino, Online Casino, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Ludo sections.

• Fairness: All RNG-based casino games on KV999 use certified random number generation. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) dealt by trained professional dealers in a monitored studio environment. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by KV999 staff or systems after bets are placed.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected mid-round, the game will complete according to standard rules for that game. Auto-play positions are held and completed. Any winning outcome generated during a disconnection will be credited to the player's account normally. KV999 is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connectivity.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each table and game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed on the game interface. Players must stay within these limits at all times. Bets outside the displayed range will not be accepted.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a provable game malfunction — software glitch, live stream failure during an active bet, or dealer error in a live game — the affected round will be voided and all player stakes refunded. KV999 is not obligated to pay out based on displayed results from a demonstrably malfunctioning game.
• Teen Patti: All KV999 Teen Patti variants follow standard South Asian Teen Patti rules for the respective variant (Classic, Joker, Muflis, AK47, Gold, Platinum). Variant-specific rules are available in the game help section within each table interface.
• Andar Bahar: Games follow standard Andar Bahar rules with a fresh 52-card deck shuffled for every round. First-card win outcomes for Andar are paid at 0.9x due to the standard probability adjustment.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on KV999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on KV999 under any combination of personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating another player.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any KV999 game or payment system for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with live dealer games, or complete bonus wagering on KV999.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live table games or poker.
• Laundering money or using KV999 transactions for any purpose that constitutes financial crime under applicable law.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing a third party to operate your KV999 account, or operating someone else's account.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any data, content, or intellectual property from kv999.cash.

KV999 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and ongoing platform use. This includes your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, betting history, and device/session data. This information is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

KV999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with regulated third-party service providers only where necessary for platform operation — for example, payment processors and identity verification services — all of whom are bound by equivalent data protection standards.

KV999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your KV999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out and reminded to take a break.
• Cool-Down Periods: Request a temporary break from KV999 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, your account is restricted from depositing or playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from KV999 for a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the specified period and KV999 will actively refuse any attempt to circumvent it.

• Financial losses incurred through betting or gaming on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, market settlements, or odds changes.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side that interrupt an active session.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to read and understand the rules of any game, market, or promotion before participating.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the KV999 platform.
• Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance windows, or unplanned outages, provided that KV999 makes reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

KV999's total liability to any individual player for any specific incident is capped at the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the incident. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits KV999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

KV999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on kv999.cash at any given time is the version in effect. Material amendments that affect player rights will be communicated to registered players via email with a minimum of 7 days' notice before taking effect. Minor clarifications and non-material updates may be applied without advance notice.

Players who disagree with an amendment have the right to close their KV999 account and withdraw their real-money balance before the amendment takes effect, subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal processing times.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general commercial principles. Any dispute between a player and KV999 that cannot be resolved through the standard support channel should be escalated in writing to support@kv999.cash with full details of the issue, relevant account information, and the player's proposed resolution. KV999 will respond to formal complaints within 5 working days.
